Kate Egnaczak is an interdisciplinary artist and educator who considers her elementary school art room a collaborative laboratory for experimentation. She holds a MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College, a Master of Professional Studies in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute, a BFA in Graphic Design, and a BFA in Sculpture from UMass Dartmouth. She is a Teaching Artist in Residence at the Hiatt Center for Urban Education at Clark University where she conducts research on zero-waste practices applied to public education and teaches in the visual art program. Kates work as an artist, exploring the intersection of art and ecology, informs her teaching practice, pedagogy, and inquiry.
