Caddy Cicogna is a Visual Arts teacher at Beverly High School, teaching Art Foundations, 3D Art, Digital Design and Advanced Art. Caddy received her initial teaching license after completing her BFA at Montserrat College of Art, where she majored in art education and minored in art history. Caddy has taught around the north shore, and worked as an intern teacher at the Guangdong Country Garden School in Guangzhou. During her summers she directs the STEAM Summer Youth Program at Montserrat College of Art. Caddy's artist and educator interests are: STEAM Education, Digital arts/AR/VR (how this engages contemporary viewers to experience the art), and how we think about and process artworks (VTRs). In 2019 Caddy presented at the MAEA conference about Visual Thinking Routines, and was the designer of that years postcard/conference packet.
